For one-on-one sessions, small meetings or never ending video calls, this tiny glass cubicle is a best friend when 4 people need a ready-to-go spot for something private. The meeting room is opening off the coworking space and the community kitchen is just next door.

Midi Meeting Room

7.500 HUF / hour (+VAT)

Midi brings you trademark Loffice furniture & design. It also has a direct street access which comes handy when your meeting is running later than our opening times. Fresh air is ensured thanks to windows or air conditioning depending on your preference. Wireless presentation option thanks to the smart TV and whiteboard makes it comfortable for any meeting or brainstorming for 10-12 people.

You may wonder about...

Is it possible to book the meeting rooms without any personal contact?

Yes indeed, we can go totally contactless! We set up the room beforehand based on your requirements & then ensure the proper disinfection. Thanks to the dial locks, key safe and video assistance, you can get into the building & make your event happen without us actually being there.

Is there air-conditioning in the event spaces?

Yes, there is air-conditinoing in all our meeting rooms & spaces.

Is your venue barrier-free?

Yes, our entrance doors are totally barrier free! Our meeting rooms in the coworking space as well as our event space are on the ground floor and have direct street access to the renovated Déri Miksa street. However, please note that we do not have handicapped toilets available. For our blind and visually impaired guests we recommend having someone escort you and ask for our help at the reception.

Do you offer catering?

We don’t have our own catering service but we have awesome long-standing partners we work with. Based on your catering requirements we suggest the best suited partner & connect you with them. You can also work with your own catering partner for an extra charge (20% of the rental fee). The community kitchen of the coworking space is available for those who rent our meeting rooms.

What are your booking conditions & cancellation policy?

After accepting our price offer, we require an advance payment of 50% of the final price. You can cancel your booking anytime without penalty up until 2 weeks before your event starts & your advance payment will be fully refunded or transferred to another booking. In case of a cancellation within 14 days 50% of the rental fee, within 7 days 100% of the rental fee needs to be paid. For more info check out our GTC!

Where can I park if I come to an event?

If you plan to arrive by car to attend an event, street parking or the surrounding parking facilities are available, e.g., BKK Underground Garage at Rákóczi Square (3 min walk) or Víg Parking House (6 min walk).
