Loft Event Hall

This bright and breezy multifunctional event space with direct garden access can be transformed into anything you want - from conferences to parties it can host 100-150 ppl, depending on standing-seating arrangements. Full AV support, flexible setups, design furniture and a handy “hinterland” (prep room) included.
Our 2nd floor's rooftop is directly accessible from our coworking space and serves as an outdoor spot for a little fresh air, a quick work out or joga, open-air workstation for the sunny days or happenings for/by our community. We throw great barbecue parties and outdoor movie nights here. If you are our community member and would like to reserve it for one of your happenings, just let us know!
Mini Meeting Room
5.000 HUF / hour (+VAT)
For quick one-to-one sessions or never ending video calls, Mini is a best friend when 1- 6 people need a ready-to-go spot for something private.
With the best flexible furniture option, this cubicle is your go-to space for training, workshops, mini-classes and team buildings. It comes with full AV equipment, whiteboards & design furniture seating up to 14 ppl.
Video conference? Or your next Youtube episode? Forget the home videos! We provide you with all the necessary equipment from webcam through microport to the recording software.
AV assistance & crew
If you are not a tech expert or up for a more challenging project, play it safe & hire our crew. The A-team consists of sound engineers, cameramen and AV technicians.

About our space
The brand new multifunctional, creative playground of Loﬃce.
Built in the bohemian 8th district of Budapest, on the plot of a former red-light house, this building aims to provide a space in which to work, create, live & celebrate. Fuel your business or leisure functions in an energy-efficient smart building with minimal ecological footprint, including an event hall & inner courtyard, community rooftop & kitchen, co-living apartments & studio offices.
The front of the building is a modern take on the turn-of-the-century architectural tradition to depict on the building’s exterior what is happening inside. Thanks to graphic designer Willem Van de Ven & contemporary artist Marcell Esterházy, it’s a special addition to Budapest’s cityscape.
Yes indeed, we can go totally contactless! We set up the room beforehand based on your requirements & then ensure the proper disinfection. Thanks to the dial locks, key safe and video assistance, you can get into the building & make your event happen without us actually being there.
Yes it is! We have an elevator in the building so you can easily access our handicap toilet too on the first floor. For our blind and visually impaired guests we recommend having someone escort you and ask for our help at the reception.
Sure, you & your guests can use the garden for a little chat or as a break out spot during coffee breaks. If you wish to use the garden as a part of your event, (e.g., reception or catering held in the garden), this i’s also possible for an additional fee. Let’s discuss your event setup and requirements in advance to avoid uncertainty.
We don’t have our own catering service but we have awesome long-standing partners we work with. Based on your catering requirements we suggest the best suited partner & connect you with them. You can also work with your own catering partner for an extra charge (20% of the rental fee). By the way the big event hall has a separate “hinterland” to ensure seamless food preparation while your event runs smoothly. The community kitchen on the 1st floor is available for those who rent our meeting rooms.
After accepting our price offer, we require an advance payment of 50% of the final price. You can cancel your booking anytime without penalty up until 2 weeks before your event starts & your advance payment will be fully refunded or transferred to another booking. In case of a cancellation within 14 days 50% of the rental fee, within 7 days 100% of the rental fee needs to be paid. For more info check out our GTC!
Our garage’s parking capacity is limited, so if you plan to arrive by car to attend an event, street parking or the surrounding parking facilities are available, e.g., BKK Underground Garage at Rákóczi Square (3 min walk) or Víg Parking House (6 min walk).
