You may wonder about...

Is it possible to book the meeting rooms without any personal contact?

Yes indeed, we can go totally contactless! We set up the room beforehand based on your requirements & then ensure the proper disinfection. Thanks to the dial locks, key safe and video assistance, you can get into the building & make your event happen without us actually being there.

Do you offer catering?

We work with reliable, established catering partners. Depending on your needs, we will find the most suitable service provider for you and facilitate direct communication to finalize the details.

What are your booking conditions & cancellation policy?

After accepting our price offer, we require an advance payment of 50% of the final price. You can cancel your booking anytime without penalty up until 2 weeks before your event starts & your advance payment will be fully refunded or transferred to another booking. In case of a cancellation within 14 days 50% of the rental fee, within 7 days 100% of the rental fee needs to be paid. For more info check out our GTC!

Where can I park if I come to an event?

If you plan to arrive by car to attend an event, street parking or the surrounding parking facilities are available. You can lock your bicycle or scooter to the bike racks in the inner courtyard. With prior arrangement, you may also bring them inside the space.

How do I get to you by public transport?

What type of discounts do you provide?

Discounts for event space and meeting rooms:

  • 10% discount for users of other Loffice services (monthly coworking membership, registered office service, etc.).
  • 10% discount for booking 2 occasions in advance
  • 20% discount for booking 5 occasions in advance
  • 20% discount for nonprofit organisations
  • 20% discount on the fee of the smaller room when renting 2 rooms together
  • 50% discount on the fee of the smaller room when renting 3 rooms together

The discounts can’t be combined.
